Is this suitable for beginners?
The online coaching program is suitable for all levels of experience – from complete beginners all the way up to more advanced lifters.
After signing up and filling out your initial questionnaire, I will use that information to put together a workout plan that is appropriate for you.
If you’re a beginner, I an going to help you get started with a bang and get the fastest achievable results possible. And if you’re an advanced lifter, I’ll help you get to the next level.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
No, you do not need to be a member of a gym. When I create your customized workout plan, I’ll design it around where you’ll be working out and the specific equipment you have access to.
If you want to work out at a regular gym, I’ll design it that way. If you’d rather work out at home, I’ll put together a workout that can be done there instead.
I'M TRAVELLING MOST OF THE DAYS WILL ONLINE COACHING HELP ME?
Absolutely! Online Coaching allows someone at a distant to take advantage of everything a trainer would normally offer on-site members, except at a distance. You will have 24×7 online access to your plans anywhere in the world.
I DON’T LIVE IN YOUR CITY, BUT CAN I STILL BECOME YOUR CLIENT?
Sure! As Iam an online personal trainer – everything is done online. All that is required is an internet connection. All communications are conducted through the app and via email.
I’M UNSURE WHICH PACKAGE TO PURCHASE. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
As far as the packages are concerned, most of my clients who are looking to make a transformation opt for ‘THE DEVOTION’, since it covers both the Diet and Workout aspect. Everything is taken care off. People who already have a personal trainer in the gym, and want help with nutrition opt for ‘THE FUEL’. And people who are trying to maintain their weight or tone up opt for ‘THE BURN’.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PERSONALIZED PLAN / PROGRAM AFTER SUBMITTING THE QUESTIONNAIRE?
After submitting your questionnaire it will roughly take 1-3 days (Never any longer) for your personalized plan/program to be created and sent to you!
How customized is this training program?
Each of my training programs are entirely customized for each of my clients.
After you sign up, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your fitness goals, level of experience, workout and diet preferences, physical limitations, and more. I will then use all of this information to put together a workout and nutrition plan that’s perfectly tailored for you.
CAN I WORKOUT AT MY OWN SCHEDULE?
Certainly! You can workout as late or as early as you would like because you have access to the workout plan and know exactly what you need to do for each workout. If something comes up and you have to change your workout time, you can, with no worries. Since the sessions aren’t done in-person, you can choose the best time to complete the workouts.
I have dietary restrictions, Can you MANAGE?
No problem. Diet and nutrition is NOT a one-size-fits all solution. A fully custimized plan will be created that takes this into account for you.
How will you monitor my workouts?
You’ll be logging each of your workouts in my mobile training app.
This will let both you and me see exactly what you did for each workout – and how you’re improving week by week.
When can I expect to see results?
When you will see results is completely personal. It depends on your goals, your current lifestyle, and how much work we need to do together. So, if you’re looking for a “quick fix to blast fat and get a six pack!” so some hard sell filled with empty promises, then this isn’t for you.
I’ve invested in your success and want to help you over both the short and the long run. That means results that last. So while I’d love to be able to give you a specific answer, here’s what I can say with absolute confidence:
If you follow the suggestions to the best of your ability, you WILL get results.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL COUNSELING?
My online coaching and programming does not provide specialized psychological counseling, this is simply outside of my scope or practice.
HOW DO I COMMUNICATE?
All communication will be performed over email. But, if you have opted for the 3 months/6 months/1 year package, then you will be able to communicate with me through the in-app messaging feature.
How often can I contact you if I have questions?
I am available to all of my clients for daily communication primarily through email or the training app. I will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes within just a couple hours.
Of course there are times in which I cannot answer immediately, however all questions are answered within 24-48 hours.
WILL YOU MOTIVATE ME TO WORKOUT/FOLLOW THE DIET everyday?
No. Motivation is an intrinsic factor, and has to manifest from within. Because, if you rely on external factors/someone else to keep you motivated, you simply will not last the entire journey. Expecting a trainer to keep you motivated is not the approach I believe in.
The main aspect of my coaching is to make one independant. I do not want my clients to be dependent on me. Because it is simply counterproductive.
WILL THE PLANS MAKE ME DEPENDENT?
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE AND/OR HOW DO I PAY?

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE IVE MADE A PURCHASE?
After you make the purchase, a questionnaire will be sent out shortly addressing all your information which includes your lifestyle factors /likes /dislikes /equipment accessibility /where you would like to train /preferences etc. Everything will be covered in the questionnaire. A-Z.
